Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Basic Policy)

The App does not collect any personal information from users. No account registration, email address, phone number, or any other personal details are required. The only time an internet connection is needed to use the App is during the initial setup to download the AI model.

Article 2 (Data Stored on Device)

The App stores the following data exclusively in an encrypted local database (SQLite) on the user's device. This data is never transmitted to any external server:

• Display name set by the user and the AI assistant's name
• Conversation history with the AI
• Wiki pages (notes) created by the user and their folder structure
• App settings such as language preferences

Article 3 (AI Processing)

The App's AI features (chat, wiki page creation and editing assistance, URL and file summarization, etc.) operate entirely locally using an AI model downloaded to the device. Conversation content and wiki page data are never sent to any external AI service. User data is never used for AI model training or learning in any way.

Article 4 (Network Communication)

Network communication performed by the App is limited to the following:

• Downloading the AI model file during initial setup (a one-time download from CDN servers, approximately 6GB)
• Fetching content from URLs explicitly specified by the user (only when using the wiki import feature)
• Checking whether a new version of the AI model is available (retrieves update information only)

No other network communication (analytics, crash reports, usage tracking, etc.) is performed. Regular chat and wiki editing can be used completely offline.

Article 5 (Tracking and Advertising)

The App does not track user behavior in any way. There is no display of advertisements, no collection of advertising identifiers (IDFA), and no request for tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Article 6 (Third-Party Data Sharing)

Since the App does not transmit user data to any external server, no data is provided to third parties.

Article 7 (Data Security)

All data in the App is encrypted and stored on the user's device. Encryption keys are securely stored in the device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS). Since no data is stored on external servers, there is no risk of data leakage from the server side.

Article 8 (Data Deletion)

Users can completely delete all local data (conversation history, wiki pages, user settings, and the AI model) from the settings screen within the App. Additionally, uninstalling the App from the device will delete all data, including the AI model file.

Article 9 (Children's Privacy)

Since the App does not collect any personal information, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting personal information from children.

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in applicable laws or the addition of new features to the App. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect upon publication on this website. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified within the App.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
